Just a hello – like your words, the lovely little horse, the quilt. Everything changes!

      Thanks, Elephant!

Noticed we both liked that Chicken-skin Teddy Bear earlier btw…!

I like things for the strangest reasons – because they are likable and sometimes because they are someone’s best effort, etc. Now that chicken-skin teddy bear gave me a moments pause. The meat aspect was disgusting to me and I didn’t “like” that, but it was a creative teddy bear and very anti-teddy bear in being so repulsive. Plus it was a pretty good likeness of a teddy bear made out of cold dead chicken parts. So what can you do but like it? . . . Your thinking?

yep, totally agree. it was grotesque, to say the least, but worked for me, as a shocking / almost funny piece of art, i guess. seemed to be doing something new..? which is a pretty big achievement in itself, i’d say. if it was anything other than a teddy bear, though, it might not have worked!

A few posts prior there was a chicken head on a sort of robotic body – I thought it was Photoshopped – now I don’t think so! I liked it too because I thought they did a good job of shopping it!
I agree with your comments and reasons for liking the disgusting teddy bear! We are in complete accord on this very important topic!
